Diversity scholarships
Clearleft is delighted to be able to offer a number of complimentary tickets for UX London 2023. We'd like to offer these places to people from under-estimated groups, because we believe that more diversity means better UX.
You will need to be able to arrange your own travel to Tobacco Dock, London for the event on June 22nd and 23rd although some assistance is also available with travel and accommodation costs.
Places are limited, but if there are any companies willing to sponsor more diversity scholarships, we’d love to hear from you!
Our definition of under-estimated groups includes, but is not limited to:
- People of colour
- People with disabilities
- People who identify as LGBTQIA+
- People who identify as women
- Veterans and new graduates just beginning their tech careers
- People who work for nonprofits, educational or government institutions with very limited funds
- People who are 55 years old or older
- People who are currently unemployed or under-employed
